Aeries Internet Registration allows you to quickly start the process of registering a student for school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the school.

The following items are required documents that need to be uploaded as part of the online enrollment process:

-Student's Health/Shot Record

-One of the following:

                                      -The student's Birth Certificate

                                      -Baptismal Certificate

                                      -Birth Announcement

-Student's Attendance Record from Current School

-Student's Discipline Record from Current School

-A copy of the most recent unofficial transcript (only for grades 9-12)

-If the student has an active IEP

-If the student has an active 504 plan

-If the student has a school health care plan

-If the student has ever been expelled or suspended
